Most of you must be knowing that, I have been appointed as C.E.O of this esteemed Bank w.e.f. 20-02-2024 and I have taken charge today  on.01-03-2024.

I have come to know that, all the staff members in our Bank are highly efficient, dedicated and committed to the growth of our bank  , by  simultaneously rendering good customer service ..

That makes me really proud and privileged to join your team as your leader and mentor.

Am very glad to inform you all that ,  I have the experience of leading a similar dedicated group of staff in a Nationalised Bank, in the capacity of General Manager…

I am here to assure you that , I will be rendering all my guidance to each one of you to make our Bank even more strong. .

I am  staunch believer in team work and I leave it your wisdom to  offer suggestions and ideas to me , to take  our Bank’s name Higher

Am also here to redress all your legitimate greivances, and please feel free to share with me  the  problems faced by you , in execution of your job..

Let’s take a new resolution that, we are going to work as a team and help our institution to Grow on Win – Win situation.

Our new motto from now on would be

I always believe that, staff welfare is one of the main components in the Growth of the Institution concerned …

I am also arranging to put up a talent map of all our staff and then I will arrange for training if needed to enhance your skills to make our Bank raise to greater heights…. In profits and staff welfare 

On my part , I will render all my Guidance, Motivation, Redressal and everything that’s in my legal  power  , for your welfare…. and in return I only expect you to offer your dedicated loyal work culture….
